Because of this, we will send up to 10 free prints of gallery items upon request. After the first 10 requests, we will charge $1.00 per print. We will deduct these costs from your first order. After your first order, all prints will be free. To request prints, please e-mail us or call 1-800-476-5781 with the number and title of the item for which you would like to receive a print. Shipping Our gallery is a "virtual" gallery. In most cases, we will ship within 24 hours if the item is in stock. If the item is with the artist, we will contact the artist as soon as possible to ensure that the item is still available. In most cases we will contact you within 48 hours by e-mail or phone to acknowledge your order and notify you if the item is still available and when it will ship. Items will be shipped via UPS ground unless otherwise requested. Some items, because of size, must be shipped via common carrier. All shipping charges will be billed to your credit card at our cost. In addition, a packaging charge will be added for all items due to the unique packaging required to ensure safe shipment of your items. This fee is item dependent but will not exceed $15 per item unless we notify you. Returns Our first priority is to ensure that you are a satisfied customer. As mentioned above, we believe the internet is a perfect medium for presenting our art, however; it can never fully show all of the detail and color of these items. Because of this, we allow all items to be reviewed on approval for 14 days. You may return any item during this period in its original condition for a full refund of the purchase price. You will be responsible for the original shipping and packaging charges as well as the return shipping charges. Once the item is received and evaluated to be in original condition, your account will be credited. Please remember that we also provide free prints of all items upon request to help you in your buying decision. Tax 4.5 sales tax will be added to all orders shipped to VA.
